I knew going into this that it would take longer to ship than quoted, and it did. A full extra month, as others have mentioned. But once it arrived, it was 100% worth it. I was most concerned about the colors being accurate, since the rug I ordered has a lot of unusual shades that could clash if they were off a little. But it is absolutely bang-on, exactly as pictured! And it is so soft, thick, and wonderful quality. I would, and probably will, purchase from this seller again.

This rug was absolutely stunning! It was extremely well made, so beautiful and truly one of a kind. I am so impressed by how it turned out and the hard work, talent and detail that went into it. Susmita went above and beyond when there was an issue regarding the sizing and had the best customer service. I will definitely be recommending her to others and be a repeat customer.
